Ben Swanson is an experienced professional in partner sales and channel management, currently serving as the Regional Vice President, Partner Sales at RingCentral. Previously, Ben held senior roles at ShoreTel, including Regional Director for Sales & Customer Success across Asia, Africa, and ANZ, as well as Director of Channels & Marketing for the APAC region. Prior experience includes positions at Avaya as Channel Account Manager and Pre-Sales Engineer, and engineering roles at Cititel and Fredon.
