Chang He

Chang Chang is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Sr. Engineering Director and Head of the RingCentral Hangzhou R&D Center since August 2020, Chang has successfully expanded the center's workforce from 1 to 200 employees while building a top-tier Video and Media team. Prior to this, Chang held significant leadership roles at Cisco from May 2007 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing client engineering for Webex Meetings and delivering cloud-based collaboration products. Chang's career began at Webex from July 2002 to May 2007, leading as Sr. Manager and Chief Architect, focusing on team growth and the next generation of Meeting Center. The journey commenced at TYAN Software Technology Limited Company as Founder and CTO, guiding the company's technical vision and innovation from June 2000 to July 2002. Chang holds a BS degree from Zhejiang University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
