David Zhang

David Zhang is the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at RingCentral, currently overseeing strategic initiatives and corporate development efforts. Previously, David served as Senior Manager of Global Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included managing an R&D portfolio and driving international commercialization strategies. David has extensive experience in financial analysis and strategy, having held roles at Varian Medical Systems and KPMG US, where they led M&A-driven valuations and financial insights for multinational clients. David earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
