Derek Chan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Sr Executive IT Support Specialist at RingCentral since May 2020, Derek has a strong background in managing Windows and Mac operating systems, Active Directory, and Office365 functionalities using PowerShell for user and resource management.
