Gemma Dare

Gemma Dare is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in event marketing and management. Currently serving as Channel Marketing Manager at RingCentral since May 2025, Gemma previously held roles such as Event Marketing Manager at CCMA and EMEA Marketing Events Manager at 8x8. Prior to that, Gemma founded Mintsource Events, an experiential marketing agency, and worked in marketing positions at Estée Lauder Companies and Lead Forensics. Gemma's career began at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where a combination of cabin crew responsibilities and marketing roles honed skills in customer service and event execution. Gemma holds a degree in Fashion Marketing from the University for the Creative Arts.
