They have a strong background in instructional design, leadership development, and HRIS implementation, having held key roles at companies such as Teleperformance, iQor, and Carelon Global Solutions. Currently, Jane serves as a Learning and Development Manager at RingCentral, where they continue to foster a people-centric approach to growth. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of the Philippines and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the HR IMPACT Top Contributor designation.
