Jaysin Nguyen

Jaysin Nguyen is a seasoned professional in solutions engineering with extensive experience in UCaaS, cybersecurity, and FinTech. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at RingCentral since 2016, they have previously held a key leadership role at Quisk, Inc., where they directed customer operations and secured regulatory approvals for innovative digital payment solutions across multiple regions. In addition to their role at RingCentral, Jaysin is an active member of PreSales Collective and the Order of the Sword and Shield, contributing to industry best practices and networking initiatives. They are pursuing further education, including a BS in Justice Studies from San Jose State University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
