Jimmy Uen

Jimmy Uen is an experienced professional in software quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Service Engineering and QA at RingCentral since August 2019. Previously, Jimmy held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at Symphony from October 2014 to July 2019 and worked as a Senior SDET at Skype from May 2011 to October 2014. Additional experience includes roles as QA Engineer Manager at Mochi Media and Lead QA Engineer/QA Manager at EA, as well as Senior QA Engineer at AOL and Programmer at Tiburon Inc. Jimmy holds a B.A. in Computer Information System from California State University, Los Angeles, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997.
