Joe Jacob

Joe Jacob serves as the SVP and Head of Field Sales at RingCentral, leading North American field sales for a top UCaaS and CCaaS solution since April 2017. Previously, Joe held various senior positions at RingCentral, including Vice President of Field Sales, where significant growth was achieved, and Global VP & General Manager of Strategic Partnerships, responsible for launching Avaya Cloud Office. Joe’s extensive experience at Avaya spanned nearly two decades, during which responsibilities included leading US midmarket and channel sales, and managing sales teams focused on government, education, and healthcare. Joe holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
