Kia Braha

Kia Braha is a seasoned Lead Technical Writer currently employed at Verato since December 2022, with a strong background in technical communication and documentation systems. Prior experience includes leading documentation initiatives at Duda from December 2019 to September 2022, where Kia re-architected the technical documentation system and developed a comprehensive style guide. At LogRhythm, from December 2016 to December 2019, Kia authored customer-facing documentation for complex software and improved content management efficiencies. Earlier roles include serving as a Business Analyst and Technical Communicator at Thomson Reuters, where Kia developed single-source help documentation, and as a Site Coordinator for the Children's Literacy Center. Educationally, Kia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Seattle University.
