Kurt Gurka

Kurt Gurka is a Senior Corporate Counsel in the Public Sector at RingCentral since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in federal procurement law. Prior to this role, Kurt served as an Adjunct Professor at the US Army, The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, teaching contract courses to federal attorneys from June 2017 to April 2023. Kurt's experience also includes a position as Senior Attorney at the US Government Accountability Office from September 2015 to April 2023, and as Government Contract Attorney for the US Army's Space and Missile Defense Command from June 2008 to September 2015. In addition, Kurt held various roles addressing procurement fraud and fiscal law, advising on significant acquisitions and coordinating legal compliance under US and international law. Kurt holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from James Madison University.
