Luke Lukasik

Luke Lukasik, MS, PMP®, AWS®, ITIL®, PRINCE2®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise technology and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Consulting Client Partner at RingCentral since October 2019, Lukasik specializes in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). Previous roles include Program Management at Verint, Principal Transition Executive at CSC, and Director of the Global Project Management Office at NICE Systems, where significant contributions were made in cloud solutions and business intelligence. Lukasik’s early career includes global program management at Avaya Inc. and avionics engineering with the United States Air Force. Academically, Lukasik holds a Master of Technology Management from the University of Denver, has pursued doctoral studies in Industrial Engineering at the University of Central Florida, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
