Pei Ku

Pei Ku has over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley, spanning roles in both startups and large companies, with a primary focus on database architecting, administration, and optimization. They have developed strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills, alongside a deep understanding of the interactions among application, database, operating system, hardware, and network components. Pei has worked in various capacities, including as a Senior DBA/DB Architect at RingCentral and has provided consulting services to notable clients such as HP and Pacific Bell. Currently, Pei is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, while also engaging in lifelong learning through online courses. Pei expresses a keen interest in open-source stacks, cloud computing, and machine learning.
