Phillip Liu

Phillip Liu is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at RingCentral since October 2017, Phillip has previously held senior product management roles at Webdam, a Shutterstock Company, where a cloud service for companies like AT&T and Fitbit was developed, and at 8x8, Inc., where Phillip managed a cloud Unified Communications product line that shifted the company's focus from desk phones to enterprise-level applications. Earlier in his career, Phillip worked at Cisco WebEx, launching the WebEx Developer Platform and significantly increasing partner numbers, and at WebMD, leading a team to create web portal applications for medical offices. Phillip holds an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
