Priscilla Shaw

Priscilla Ederle Shaw is an accomplished professional in UX design and program management, currently serving as Director of UX Design Operations at RingCentral. Previously held positions include Senior UX Program Manager at eBay and UX Program Manager (consultant) at Google, along with a role as Managing E-Commerce Producer/Product Manager for The Sims 4 at Electronic Arts. Additionally, Priscilla served as Senior UX Producer for iTunes at Apple. Priscilla holds a Master of Science degree in User Experience Design from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wayne State University.
