Ram Narayan

Ram Narayan is an experienced software engineer currently serving as SDE III at RingCentral since November 2024. Previously, Ram held the position of Senior Software Engineer at WebEngage from December 2020 to November 2024, where key contributions included modernizing the query engine infrastructure, developing a Custom Query Engine Service, and enhancing data processing efficiency. Prior to WebEngage, Ram was a Staff Consultant at Oracle, focusing on requirement analysis and development of custom solutions, and also held positions at upGrad, the National Institute of Technology Calicut as a researcher, and participated in a district collectors internship program. Ram's educational background includes an M.Tech in High Voltage Engineering and a B.Tech (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Extensive technical skills encompass advanced Java, SQL & NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud technologies among others.
