Ray Chang is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruiting and staffing across various sectors. At RingCentral since December 2013, Ray has progressed from Senior Technical Recruiter to Director of Talent Acquisition, focusing on Product & Technology, IT & Operations, and Security. Prior to RingCentral, Ray was the sole proprietor of PlaceStaff, a full-service staffing firm, and worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Guru Technical Solutions, Inc., where expertise encompassed executive search and specialized staffing in multiple practice areas.
