Ricky Vinas has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Senior Executive Deskside Support at RingCentral since July 2018, and previously as an IT Deskside Systems Specialist. Prior roles include IT Support Technician III at Peet's Coffee, Site Support Technician at Electronic Arts, and IT Helpdesk Technician at Onyx Pharmaceuticals. Ricky played key roles in managing technical support for onsite and remote users, troubleshooting and installing hardware and software in mixed PC and MAC environments, and contributing to various system deployments, including Office 365 and BitLocker Encryption. Ricky also has relevant experience in desktop support and client deployment from earlier positions at Novartis and Pomeroy IT Solutions.
