Ruslan Volkov

Ruslan Volkov is the Senior Director of PMO & FinOPS at RingCentral, a position held since 2011, following previous roles as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to RingCentral, Ruslan served as the Head of the Deployment and Support department at Bercut from 2004 to 2011. At RingCentral, Ruslan has led initiatives to significantly improve project success rates, automate release planning, and enhance public cloud cost management. They have demonstrated leadership by managing a globally distributed team of 70 professionals and have implemented key process improvements resulting in substantial operational efficiencies.
