Sarit Shwartz

Sarit Shwartz is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in both industry and big-4 public accounting, specializing in technical accounting, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and audit. Sarit has extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley, and has led functions in external reporting, technical accounting, and stock administration. Currently, Sarit is pursuing a BA in Accounting and Economics at Tel Aviv University, while holding the position of Sr. Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at RingCentral, a role that follows their previous work as Director and AVP in the same domain. Prior to RingCentral, Sarit was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP until 2010.
