Shanon Alves

Shanon Alves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and partner management. Currently serving as a Senior Territory Partner Manager at RingCentral since April 2018, Shanon is responsible for recruiting, maintaining, and supporting channel partners to enhance revenue and raise awareness of the RingCentral Partner Program. Prior to this, Shanon held the position of Territory Sales Manager at FreeMotion Fitness, overseeing sales in multiple states. Shanon's career includes significant roles at AT&T, where responsibilities included providing sales support for Avaya solutions across various markets, and earlier positions in pharmaceutical sales with companies such as Taro Pharmaceuticals and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Shanon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lycoming College, completed in 1994.
