Steven Zachok

Steven Zachok currently serves as VP and GM of AI at RingCentral since November 2025. Previously, Steven held the position of VP of Sales Engineering at NiCE Cognigy, where responsibilities included leading the sales engineering strategy across the Americas. Steven has extensive experience at RingCentral, with roles spanning from Senior Director to VP of Product Management. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Avaya, where Steven managed a large team focused on customer service and support, and Nortel Networks, overseeing operations for global accounts. Steven holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
