Tomislav Vranjes has a diverse work experience. Tomislav worked at RingCentral from 2014 to present, starting as a Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer and progressing to roles such as Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer and Tier 3 Technical Account Manager. Tomislav currently holds the position of Team Lead in Global Tier 3 Support Engineering. Tomislav has also worked at MOUSE Squad of California as an Advisory Committee Member from 2010 to 2015, where they organized events and facilitated curriculum implementation.
