Claudio Cisullo

Board Member at Ringier

Claudio Cisullo is a Swiss entrepreneur and investor. The son of Italian immigrants, he was born in Switzerland on 14 May 1964. After completing a technical apprenticeship, he embarked on further business training programmes at the University of St. Gallen. At the age of 20, he founded the first of more than 26 companies that he successfully established and expanded in many countries and business segments over the course of his life. Today, he is among the 300 wealthiest Swiss people.

Claudio Cisullo owes his solid operative expertise and his wide range of strategic experience to his extensive work as an entrepreneur and executive director. He is also the founder and chairman of ‘The Circle’, an international networking platform for billionaires.

In 1997, Claudio Cisullo established CC Trust Group AG, his family office and an investment and management company that he still chairs today. He is the founder and executive chairman of Chain IQ Group AG, an independent and global service and consultancy firm in the field of supply management.

Claudio Cisullo looks back on more than 20 years of successful work as a member of various boards of directors. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ringier AG; in 2016, he joined the Board of Directors of Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG and the marketing firm Admeira, a joint venture of Ringier and Swisscom. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of the New York Center for Global Enterprise in 2015.

Claudio Cisullo is a member of the MLE Foundation that promotes the Master’s degree in Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen. Between 2012 and 2014, he held the position of President of the Commercial Advisory Board of the Laureus Foundation Switzerland.
