Ilya Kravtsov

Ilya Kravtsov has over 12 years of experience in the tech industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Business Analyst at the U.S. Consulate commercial service. In 2009, they were promoted to Business Analyst at General Electric International and then to Associate at Delta Partners. In 2012, they founded The Founder Institute. From 2013 to 2016, they served as Head of Commercial Strategy at PT. XL Axiata Tbk and then as Founder & Chief Executive Officer at PouchNATION. In 2017, they became a Member of SEA Founders and a Core Mentor at Plug and Play Indonesia. In 2021, they co-founded Ringkas and in 2022 they became an Advisor for Antler.

Ilya Kravtsov has a diverse educational background. Ilya obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics of International Markets and New Technologies from Università Bocconi in 2007. Ilya then pursued a Master of Science in International Management from the same university from 2007-2009. During this time, they also completed a Master of Science (CEMS) in International Business from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2008-2009.
