Leroy P. has a wealth of work experience. Leroy began their career in 2009 as a Principle Consultant at Accenture. Leroy then moved on to Varicent Software, IBM as a Product & Consulting, APAC in 2009. In 2011, they became a Senior Solutions Consultant, APAC at Ektron, Part of the new Episerver. In 2013, they joined Google as General Manager & Head of Google Marketing Platforms for APAC, Head of Data Platforms - APAC, Head of Sales Engineering, and Head of Enterprise Analytics, SEA/India. In 2018, they became an Investor at Xoogler Angels and a Venture Builder & Advisor at InvestIdea. In 2020, they were appointed as Head of Digital Natives at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2021, they became a Fellow at On Deck. Finally, in 2022, they Co-Founded Ringkas.

Leroy P. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney between 2003 and 2007. Leroy then obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Microsoft, and Ektron between 2011 and 2021. In 2016, they completed a Google Business Academy Corporate Business Strategy & Leadership MBA at Duke University. Leroy is currently enrolled in an E-MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2020.
