Ri Desta is an accomplished educator and advisor with extensive experience in guiding students through academic and career pathways. Currently serving as an English Tutor at Ringle since May 2021, Ri leads numerous lessons each week while managing a comprehensive database of resources tailored to student needs. Previously, Ri worked as a College Success Advisor at Bottom Line, overseeing a caseload of over 70 students and collaborating with community organizations to enhance resource accessibility. Additional roles include College Counselor at Democracy Prep Harlem High School, where strategies were implemented to prepare students for college readiness, and various positions in educational support and customer service sectors.
