Sampada Acharya

Sampada Acharya is a dedicated professional with experience in health care analysis, research assistance, and community engagement. As a Health Care Analyst Intern at the US Government Accountability Office, Sampada conducted detailed audits on behavioral health payments and policies while synthesizing interview notes and analyzing project documentation. Previous roles include Barista at Barnes & Noble College, Marketing Chair for the UNC Nepalese Student Association, and Student Organization President for Apex HOSA. Sampada has also engaged in research at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and the UNC AMP Lab, focusing on maternal depression and brain development in children. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at RAND and an English as a Foreign Language Tutor with Ringle, Sampada holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
