Mark Parry

Mark Parry is a seasoned film professional with extensive experience in film production, education, and creative direction. As a Professor at Ringling College of Art and Design since 2007, Mark has played a pivotal role in establishing a top-ranked film program, contributing expertise in various aspects of film production. Mark also served as the Digital Film Interim Department Head, where curriculum design and program development were key focuses. As the Founder and Creative Director of Accelerated Pictures, Mark developed innovative previsualization software with a strong emphasis on user experience. Additionally, Mark has a rich background as a Cinematographer and Director, with over 60 credits in features, TV, and documentaries, including work on "A Very Merry Toy Store" for Lifetime TV. Mark's academic journey includes positions at Chapman University and the University of Southern California, complemented by an MFA in Cinema Production and a BA in Art and Communications.
