Iain Duncan is a technical diligence consultant at RingStone and a PhD student in Computer Science and Music at the University of Victoria. With over 20 years of experience in software development and 7 years in technical diligence, Iain has served as a software architect and consultant, guiding startups and tech executives in enhancing their communication and leadership skills. Prior to RingStone, Iain was the CTO at SilkStart, where they played a pivotal role in the company's acquisition. In addition to their technical work, Iain has been a jazz saxophonist and performer for more than 30 years, currently organizing a weekly jazz night on Salt Spring Island and performing across British Columbia.
