Joe Smith

Joe Smith is currently the Head of M&A in Group Corporate Development at Lloyds Banking Group, where they shape strategic growth initiatives. They previously served as Director of Group Corporate Development and held various roles within the organization. Prior to Lloyds, Joe worked as an M&A Associate at Fenchurch Advisory Partners and as a Senior Associate at Deloitte. Joe also contributes as a Non Executive Director for Ringtons Trading Limited since 2025. Joe holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute and an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds.
