Jon Cara is the Director of On Ice Programming & Development at The RINK Training Centre, where they previously held positions including Coach and Development Coordinator, Director of Satellite Programming, and Director of Player Development from 2009 to 2013. With experience as a Skating & Skills Coach for the Steinbach Pistons (2014-2019), Winnipeg ICE Hockey Club (2019-2021), and Selkirk Steelers Junior A Hockey Club (2012-2013), Jon has focused on improving players' skating and skill efficiencies through game and video analysis. Jon is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management at the University of Manitoba.
