Paul Rogatzki

Paul Rogatzki has a strong background in building design and engineering. Paul started their career as a Structural Engineer at Boots plc from September 1980 to June 1983. Paul then worked as a Structural Engineer at P J Steer Consulting Engineer from June 1983 to September 1984, where they were responsible for structural design, surveys, and the development of design and analysis packages. Since September 1984, Paul has been working at Hanson Building Products as the Head of Design and Technical Services. In this role, they provide design and technical support to architects, engineers, developers, and housebuilders. Paul is also involved in product and material development, business development, and the development of building facade solutions, including prefabricated masonry. In 2015, they were awarded a PhD from the University of Surrey for their work in the development of prefabricated masonry processes.

Paul Rogatzki completed their BSc in Civil Engineering at Aston University from 1976 to 1980, where they focused on building design and the development of innovative building methods, materials, and construction. Later, in 2015, they pursued a Ph.D. in Development of Prefabricated Masonry Systems at the University of Surrey, where they are still currently enrolled.
