Toby Breedlove is an accomplished executive in the construction materials industry, currently serving as VP/GM at Lehigh Hanson, Inc. since September 2021 and as Sr. VP/GM for Northeast Materials at Heidelberg Materials since October 2023. Previously, Toby held the position of Operations Manager at Hanson / Heidelberg Cement. Toby holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Chicago, which was obtained between 2003 and 2005, as well as a BS in Mining Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned from 1997 to 2001.
