rInnovation Group is a specialized management consulting firm with a global reach. We help firms develop a systematic approach to strategic innovation, which moves them beyond incremental innovation to create a lasting impact on corporate growth and renewal.

Founded in 2001, we have based our work on leading research and client collaboration with Fortune 1000 companies and other large enterprises. We have grown a significant European client base, comprised by predominantly large enterprises with clear ambitions on securing growth through innovation.

We work in close integration with our clients across management layers. We help firms to develop a competency in conceptualizing, experimenting and commercializing business areas of the future through our Discovery, Incubation and Acceleration (D-I-A) methodology.

We embrace the world of uncertainty, which initially fosters more questions than answers to uncover new products, solutions, business models and business areas. This differs from the world of risk, where market- and technical requirements are clear. We help our clients to reduce technical- and market uncertainty, but also resource- and organization uncertainty. This enables our clients to embed strategic innovation practices as a part of their organizations, setting a foundation for success.

Through our research and corporate engagements, we have a highly specialized team with backgrounds from both industry and academia, experienced in applying our methodology across diverse industries and organizational cultures.

Strategic innovation involves pioneering organizational change programs and corporate strategy revitalization. For over 20 years, we have learned from our research companies and helped our clients to reinvent their approach to strategic innovation, empowering them to redirect and set their paths for a prosperous tomorrow.
