Michael Silverstone is an experienced implementation specialist and photographer with a diverse background in client support and training. Currently, at Electric since February 2021, Michael focuses on implementation strategies. As a photographer, Michael founded a photography content website in June 2017. Previously at Yext from April 2018 to February 2021, Michael served as Team Lead for White Glove Services, where responsibilities included designing and managing a multi-million-dollar training program and providing specialized support to enterprise clients. Other professional experiences include litigation support at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and client support roles at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Spogo. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brandeis University and has completed a study abroad program at the University of Sydney.
