Guisella Trujillo is a quality analyst and laboratory supervisor with a strong background in food industry chemistry. They began their career as a laboratory analyst at SGS Perú and later worked at Bureau Veritas and Gloria, where they further honed their expertise. Currently, Guisella serves as a laboratory supervisor at Rintisa. They hold several diplomas in quality management systems and food safety from prominent educational institutions, including Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina and SGS Academy Perú.
