Leo Lima is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background leading and developing digital solutions across various sectors, including logistics, e-commerce, and insurance. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at RIO | The Logistics Flow, Leo has leveraged technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and AWS since November 2019. Prior roles include Lead Software Engineer at zooplus AG, where significant contributions were made to Europe's largest pet-related e-commerce platform, and Senior Software Engineer at Minuto Seguros, focusing on high-availability systems.
