Doug left his wholesale wine career that started in 1987 to bring his passion for finding great wines from all over the world for all budgets to our hometown of Charlottesville Virginia. Fast forward to today and in addition to managing the retail store, Doug is a wine judge, educator, former director of the Virginia Monticello Wine Cup competition and is considered one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Proprietors in Virginia.
