Aline Andro

Aline Andro is the Head of Department at Rio Tinto, leading a team of over 40 engineers and technicians focused on implementing technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Aline previously served as a Senior Consultant and Project Leader, overseeing strategic R&D initiatives and managing multiple projects aimed at enhancing aluminum electrolysis processes. With a solid educational background, including degrees from Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Aline has accumulated extensive experience in the fields of process engineering and project management throughout their career.
