Andy Jiang

Andy Jiang is a Senior Analyst at Rio Tinto since November 2021, with previous roles including Production Specialist and Data Science Analyst. Prior to this, Andy worked as a Data Analyst at BHP and held various engineering positions at companies such as WarpForge, Mineral Resources Limited, Branin Pty Ltd, and Monash Human Power. Education includes a Master of Data Science from The University of Western Australia (2021-2023) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and Applied Mathematics from Monash University (2012-2017). Notably, Andy completed a final year research project on the fatigue analysis of railway bogie wheel treads under cyclical thermomechanical loads at the Monash Institute of Railway Technology.
