Bec Lyons

Bec Lyons is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, consulting, and marketing. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from both the University of Calgary and The University of Western Australia, Bec has held various positions including Account Manager for Secured Assets at Pioneer Credit Limited and Marketing Assistant at Hawaiian. Bec has also contributed to management consulting as an Associate and Senior Associate at Mainsheet Capital and served in multiple roles at BNK Bank, including Learning & Development Officer. Currently, Bec is a Manager in the PACE in-house consulting team at Rio Tinto and has also worked as Manager in M&A Consulting Services at Deloitte from August 2023 to December 2025. Additional education includes participation in a Study Abroad Program at Westover School and ongoing studies for a Graduate Certificate at The University of Western Australia.
