Candice Ma is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in external communications, community engagement, social media, and content strategy. Currently, they serve as the Principal Advisor for Social and Content at Rio Tinto and work as a Social Media Marketing Consultant since 2017. Previously, they held various key roles, including Social Strategy and Content Manager at Novartis and Lead Community Manager at Gameloft, where they developed impactful strategies and managed community initiatives. Candice holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations Management from McGill University and a Graduate Diploma in French from Concordia University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto at Scarborough.
