Dan Howard is the Principal Advisor for Underground Mining at Rio Tinto, where they currently apply their extensive expertise in the field. Prior to this role, they held positions at Stillwater Mining Corporation from 1999 to 2006 and served as Project Superintendent at Greens Creek Mine from 2006 to 2011. Dan is also pursuing a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering at the University of Idaho.
