Process SME - Advanced Compensation | Workday Project

Danielle Cann has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Process SME and Principal Advisor PMO for the Workday Project at Rio Tinto since February 2021. In this role, Danielle supports the implementation of the global Workday solution through Project Management Office initiatives and has been involved in data collection and testing for various Workday modules. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Consultant, and held managerial positions in recruitment at companies such as MACA Ltd and Pilbara Minerals Limited, successfully implementing recruitment systems and managing recruitment functions across various sectors including mining and aged care. Danielle’s early career includes significant roles at BHP, Atlas Iron, and Cape plc, showcasing a strong background in HR advisory and strategic recruitment. An educational credential includes a Certificate in Foundations of HR from the Australian HR Institute.
