Over the years, Eleane has developed expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, biodiversity aid programs, and environmental impact assessments. Currently, Eleane serves as Principal Advisor – ESG at Rio Tinto, where responsibilities include promoting the integration of ESG principles throughout the organization and leading strategic engagements to enhance internal collaboration and drive ESG excellence.
