Gianni Bartolacci

Gianni Bartolacci is the Director of Mining Technology at Rio Tinto, where they focus on developing innovative technologies for extracting critical minerals. With over 30 years of experience in mineral processing, Gianni previously held roles including Director of Business Development at COREM and Project Leader at the Centre de Recherche Minérale. Gianni earned a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy from Polytechnique Montréal and a Master’s degree in Mineral Processing from Université Laval. They have a track record of leading projects to enhance operational efficiency and ensure high-quality standards in mining processes.
