Jo H.

Jo H. is currently the Principal Advisor for Mobility at Rio Tinto, having previously held the position of Principal Advisor for Executive Reward from 2021 to 2025. Jo's extensive experience includes directorial roles in People Advisory Services at EY from 2019 to 2021 and serving as a Tax Consultant at Garbetts from 2002 to 2007. Jo began their career at Ernst & Young UK, where they worked as a Consultant and later as a Global Mobility Manager. Jo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Finance from the University of Portsmouth and a Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute, along with ongoing studies in taxation at the Tax Institute of Australia.
