Jonathan Bouchard

Jonathan Bouchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business improvement and strategy, currently serving as the Business Improvement & Strategy Director at Matalco Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Rio Tinto from September 2015 onwards, including Sales Manager and Casthouse Manager at British Columbia Works, and previously worked as Operations Superintendent and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Rio Tinto Alcan from August 2012 to September 2015. Jonathan began at Rio Tinto Alcan as an Area Coordinator from October 2011 to April 2012. Jonathan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (2004-2007) and participation in the Leading For Results Programme at INSEAD. Currently, Jonathan is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
