Leo Gading is an experienced professional in maintenance planning and engineering. They began their career as a Senior Mortgage Officer at ANZ from 2008 to 2012, and then transitioned to Aerison Pty Ltd as a Project Design Engineer from 2012 to 2017. Following that, Leo held various roles at Rio Tinto including Senior Engineer and Superintendent of Maintenance Planning & Engineering until 2021. Currently, Leo serves as the Manager of Technical Service at Sodexo, a position they have held since 2023. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Indonesia and additional engineering qualifications from Monash University and RMIT University.
